Excellent Lakeside Stay

The hotel consists of four interconnected buildings. My room was in a higher building accessible by outside steps. The room was larger than anticipated for an older building. It provided ample space.

The air conditioning stopped working after 30 minutes. This occurred even after I restarted it. I found that it got very hot, especially after dinner! The hotel offered a small discount during checkout.

The hotel is located directly on the lakefront next to the ferry terminal. The Olympic Museum is also adjacent to the hotel. This provides easy access to cultural experiences. A grocery store is within a minute's walk from the premises.

The room included modern pastel colors and beautiful wallpaper. A modern bathroom accompanied the room with updated fixtures. The rooms were very clean. This offered a comfortable environment.

The hotel has great eateries nearby. This gives plenty of options. I received two delicious Americano coffees after I could not get the coffee machine to work! The terrace also offers cocktails.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. This. The receptionist was helpful and provided assistance. Umbrellas are available throughout the hotel for guest use.

I loved the location as it was easy to get around with the metro nearby. my room had a lake view, very nice. the bathroom included beautiful toiletries. I was very happy with that choice!

the staff exhibited friendliness from the start. i was able to check in early and store my luggage. the room was magnificent. it featured a mini bar stocked with a wide selection of teas and coffees.

i found the lack of information about the reception being closed disappointing. onsite services were not available upon my arrival. this situation was not ideal.
